1. Return Window and Warranty
We offer a 30-day return/replacement warranty for most items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer service team at info@brandsterllc.com to request a return authorization.
2. Clearly mark the return authorization number on the outside of the package.
3. Include a copy of the original packing slip in the return package.
4. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons or because they are custom-made. These include:
- Custom-cut or modified parts
- Electrical components
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
4. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).
5. Refunds*
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
6. Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted:
- Item returned without original packaging
- Item shows signs of use beyond inspection
- Item returned past the 30-day window (up to 45 days)
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original purchase and place a new order.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacement or refund.
9. Core Charges
For items with core charges, the core charge will be refunded once we receive the old part back in acceptable condition.
10. Right to Refuse Returns
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
